Abstract

Moral damage in juridical persons is and has been a subject of great complexity and is currently under discussion, on the other hand, it must be borne in mind that certain divisions have been established between representatives of civilian doctrine and other judgments given in the civil jurisdiction. Likewise, from the normative conceptualization of the Moral Damage emphasized directly in the juridical persons, defining along this historical context the figure of the damage especially. However, the real purpose is to elucidate the jurisdictional decisions and establish the criterion to compensate for the economic detriment that influences the commercial flow, thereby reducing the prestige of the labor market.
