| dc.description | En el Ecuador, ninguna persona puede interferir en las decisiones judiciales, es por ello que no podemos aceptar que otro juez por más cercano o amigo que sea, o alguna autoridad superior pretenda inducir al juez para que resuelva en favor o en contra de alguno de los litigantes, es por eso que la constitución y los tratados internacionales garantizan la libertad que tienen los jueces para resolver en derecho las causas puestas a su conocimiento, sin intromisión de ninguna índole. El correcto funcionamiento de la justicia radica principalmente en la Independencia Judicial para la garantía de la seguridad Jurídica. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In Ecuador, no one can interfere in judicial decisions, that´s why we can´t accept that another judge by closer or friend, or some higher authority intends to induce the judge to resolve in favor or against one of the litigants, that is why the constitution and the international treaties guarantee the freedom that the judges have to solve in law the causes put to their knowledge, without interference of any kind.
