| dc.description | Dentro del presente artículo académico e investigativo, denominado “Auditoría Jurídica a las visas de refugio en el Ecuador” nos proponemos explicar la importancia del proceso de selección y limitación para otorgar las visas de refugio en el Ecuador, debido al actual y significativo aumento de refugiados extranjeros de nacionalidad Colombiana y Venezolana en el país, sin prever las posibles consecuencias de esta aceptación a gran escala. Ahondaremos en conceptos básicos para el estudio dela figura, esto es, el análisis de la figura del refugio en la política exterior del Ecuador, situación de Colombia y Venezuela, el ¿por qué se refugian en Ecuador?. En el mismo capítulo se analizara la influencia de esta aceptación masiva de refugiados en la crisis económica y social del país, así como sus efectos tanto a los nacionales como a los refugiados. Concluyendo con la propuesta que es necesario implementar esta auditoria jurídica para proteger a los ciudadanos ecuatorianos y los refugiados. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present academic and investigative article, called "Legal Audit to the refugee visas in Ecuador" we propose to explain theimportance of the selection process and limitation to grant this typeof visas in Ecuador, due to the current and significant increase of Colombian and Venezuelan refugees in the country, without foreseeing the possible consequences of this large-scale acceptance. We will delve into basic conceptsfor the study of the figure, that is, the analysis of the figure of refuge in Ecuador's foreign policy, the situation of Colombia and Venezuela, why they take refuge in Ecuador? And, lastly, in the same chapter we will analyze the influence of this massive acceptance of refugees in the country's economic and social crisis, as well as its effects on both nationals and foreigner’s refugees. | en_US |
