Valoración del patrón rol relaciones en pacientes con tratamiento de hemodiálisis en un centro de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The work VALORATION OF THE ROLL PATRON RELATIONSHIPS IN PATIENTS WITH HEMODIALYSIS TREATMENT, carried out in the FARMADIAL clinic, is identified with the line of Direct Care Management research, and has as objective: To determine the valuation of the role pattern in patients with treatment of hemodialysis. The research was descriptive, field and not experimental. The population consisted of 125 patients, whose sample was 106 patients, all of them with Chronic Renal Insufficiency. For the collection of the data, an instrument was built with reference to the Health History, which consists of two parts: the first corresponds to the interview, divided into demographic data and the items corresponding to the functional patterns, with a reliability of 5 %; and the second part includes a checklist, which allows recording the findings obtained in the physical, general and segmental assessment, with a reliability of 5%. The results show that the majority of patients in this center are men 82%, 31% are over 52 years old, 40% are black and mestizo, 45% study until higher education, 43% do not work, 40% live alone, 45% do not interact with their friends, 44% speak little with their relatives, 60% do not interact with their community, 55% have a bad visualization of their disease, 55% do not accept their illness .
