Estudio de factibilidad para la producción y comercialización de lubricantes sintéticos de grado alimenticio en Ecuador.

Abstract

The present document had as main objective to analyze the feasibility of the production and commercialization for a food grade synthetic oil. The oil would be produced in the city of Guayaquil under an Ecuadorian Brand that would be known as CN Food Grade Oil. First the study was characterized and fundamentalized by the knowledge of experts. Afterward it was proceeded to elaborate a market study, to determine the demand for food grade oil for the food industry in Ecuador, specifically in Guayaquil. The product that will be offered is a synthetic food grade oil, this product has a variety of benefits such as reduction of oxide on machinery, reduction of costs, and more security for the food production and for their clients. The synthetic food grade oil will be produced by Oil Production Plant Elementa located on the 32.5 km on Av. Daule and the distribution will take place on the offices of CN Food Grade Oil on the California Industrial Park located on the same avenue. The results of the market study were adapted to a marketing plan to embrace the demand for food grade oil on the city of Guayaquil, with the possibility of expanding to the rest of the Ecuadorian Industry. Finally a financial analysis was elaborated to determine the feasibility about developing a synthetic food grade oil in the city of Guayaquil.
