Abstract

Infection in the urinary tract in pregnant women is characterized by the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms in the urinary tract, which are from the terminal part of the large intestine and can enter the urethra and infect the urinary system. In pregnant women there is a greater risk of suffering from this pathology, since normal changes occur in urinary physiology. Currently, it represents one of the main risk factors for prenatal complications, ranging from miscarriage to neonatal sepsis. Therefore, it is important to determine the influencing factors in this disease and in this way contribute to prevention and timely detection in order to reduce maternal-fetal morbidity and mortality. Objective. - determine the factors that influence urinary tract infections in adolescent pregnant women. Materials and Methods.- is a quantitative, transversal and prospective investigation. Method of data collection.- the survey uses. Results. - In the urinary tract infections in pregnant adolescents influence the age, the origin and the leve. of education, there is a certain lack of knowledge and especially of discipline when applying preventive practices for this pathology.
