Propuesta para la creación de una empresa de construcción y alquiler de condominios de viviendas modulares en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

Studies such as the "National Report of Ecuador for the Third United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development HABITAT III" and "RENT IN NUMBERS: HOUSING TENURE IN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN", carried out by national institutions and International organizations such as the National Institute of Statistics and Census and the Inter-American Development Bank, respectively, point out that in Ecuador, mainly in capital cities such as Guayaquil, there is a growing qualitative and quantitative housing deficit. That is why the present titling work is carried out with the objective of determining how feasible it is financially and operationally, the creation of a company of construction and rental of modular homes in the city of Guayaquil, focused on providing quality of life to the clients, improving the environments in which they live, through the construction of simple, comfortable and safe spaces. Since a home is a basic need for all people, income can be generated through the provision of a rental service, focusing on differentiation and good service when providing this service.
