Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze the feasibility for the implementation of lubrication and washing center, dedicated to the female niche within the city of Guayaquil. The female gender has been excluded from the automotive sector for lack of knowledge, being victims of overpricing, scams and mistreatment, this is why it proposes a dedicated place for this group, where trust and customer service are key so that they feel comfortable, the establishment proposes to have a waiting room with cafeteria, children area and services of manicure and pedicure. The vehicle fleet of the city of Guayaquil continues to grow, so that there is an increase in demand for the service offered.
