Abstract

Duran's progress carries to the exposition necessary to generate environments that promote the socioeconomic, cultural and political progress. Inside these environments, inevitability to prepare educational and cultural socially active spaces that stimulate the learning and in turn serves as a modal of the city. The integral offer seeks to promote the intellectual and didactic diversity, by means of the construction of the Public Library, which is characterized for promoting his great territorial extension forming it as building and public space, being like that the ideal place of congregation of passive and active activities.
