Abstract

The main objective of this work is to analyze within the structure of the Oratory Trilogy, the person of the speaker, the speech and the audience, since at present it is essential for the Law student and future Lawyer, to develop with aptitude, competence and effectiveness, when already in the professional practice and in the oral hearings, one intervenes with naturalness and proper control of the art of the Forensic Oratory, since it is an indispensable tool, that must be studied and deepened in the Career of Right, since that nowadays, the validity of the new General Organic Code of Processes, Related and Related Laws, the constitutional principle of orality becomes indispensable to apply, learn and put into practice the appropriate and obligatory techniques to be presented properly in the judicial hearings, and to express, orally, the legal arguments, prior to the preparation of the subject on which it is going to be discussed, jurisprudential and doctrinal that have been investigated, and with an appropriate diction and ordered and methodological vocalization conclude the forensic speech with the call to the administrator of justice to obtain the failure to which it aspires. Consequently, it is particularly important to give a study to the precepts of the Oral Trilogy, so that the legal claim is successfully carried out during the oral trial, in such a way that the persuasive elements of the Attorney's intervention induce the judge to give its resolution, once the relevant hearing has been completed.
