Creación de un centro de cuidado infantil en el norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, sector Mucho Lote II.

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to study the feasibility of creating a child care center in the north of the city of Guayaquil in the sector lot Much II, provine of Guayas of the Republic of Ecuador. Its objective is the care of the child while the parents carry out their work day and studies, and in turn help the child in their social and emotional development. The research was based on the stages of developm through which children pass. And from these arises the idea of giving quality care, warmth, efficient in the care service of the infant. Between these periods is where the children are separated from their parents to go to nurseries, nurseries, among others, and this is where the children know a new world, in which they are no longer the center of attention and have to share with other children, this is where new concepts of child care emerge in modern society. In order to determine the feasibility of the project, a market study has been made in which it indicates the growing demand that is in favor of day care centers, analyzing consumers and competition. The type of descriptive research, since the current situation of parents and their children is reported; using quantitative research allowing using different means for the collection of the required information. With a percentage of profitability of the sample the possibilities of future benefits when measuring the income and programmed costs.
