Implementación de una plataforma web interna de seguimiento de documentos u oficios que ingresan por ventanilla en la Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño de la Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The purpose of this degree work was to develop a tracking system for documents that were admitted into the Faculty of Architecture and Design, which was the Academic Unit that requested this technological solution, with the purpose of managing, storing and organizing all the documentation under the quality manual of the ISO 9001 standard that governs in Universidad Catolica Santiago de Guayaquil. To determine the technological needs and optimization of the processes, information was collected, under the qualitative approach, through interviews with administrative users and managers of the Faculties. After the analysis of the process and the technological system, Open Source or Open Source with programming tools Visual Studio 2017, Visual Studio Code and the MySQL database, in addition to the Angular 6 Framework for web interfaces, such as the Web Api which allows the presence of data. The implementation of the system allows the access of data from the Faculty to administrative processes and communication between the different departments.
