Abstract

The present work is directed to the creation of an urban project in the canton beaches since it is a zone of great growth, it is located five minutes from the shopping on the Via Posorja. The reasons for creating this project are personal goals and the growth trend in this area of this canton and the creation of jobs in this area. It is expected to provide a viable alternative in prices according to the average of this sector, the project will be created in an area of four hectares and it is calculated to sell one hundred and two hundred houses. a yield of 14.95% is guaranteed, that is to say, for every dollar invested, 0.14 cents of profit is paid after paying the investment, this guarantees that the project is feasible and therefore the security that the investor can place his capital, recovering it within five years and get an additional benefit for it.
