Proyecto de factibilidad para la ampliación de línea de producción con inyectora de suelas en bicolor para calzado, caso "Super Suelas".

Abstract

The present work constitutes a feasibility study for the expansion of the production line with two-color sole injector for footwear of the company Super Suelas of the city of Guayaquil, aimed at artisans or warehouses distributors who import soles from other parts or even within the own Ecuador mainly in the city of Ambato since at the moment of placing orders it can take up to 4 days to deliver the product, for reasons that are not reached for the distribution of the mountains and the coast and results in some stores have scarce products and therefore customers get to replace the sole with another model. This study will be useful because it will be possible to generate more work and profitability, resulting in the Super Suelas store having greater diversity in products and new customers that are not only in the city of Guayaquil but can also find products in the mountains. The new product development strategy will be used, as in this case it will be the production of two-color soles, it is useful because the product that is offered will be perceived in the market as a new product of high quality, which will be reflected in its presentation, diversification of sizes and models. Establishing a financial analysis and study to measure the additional profitability of the return on investment made in the project in the shortest possible time.
