Abstract

When talking about administrative management, it is important to emphasize that this is the way in which resources are managed to achieve the organization's objectives. The management is carried out from four specific functions; the planning, the organization, the direction and the control. Therefore, it is responsible for executing all the orders that are planned by the management of the companies, which are focused on obtaining some kind of benefit, and also where the structure of the organization is considered as active resources, with which is expected to meet the objectives. The objective of this paper is to: Analyze the administrative management of economic resources to determine their impact on the sustainability of commercial SMEs in the city of Machala. The applied methodology is of quantitative and qualitative type because the data collection will be carried out, pretending the explanation of a social reality seen from an external and objective perspective and because reality is studied in its natural context and how it happens, taking interpreting phenomena according to the people involved. The results obtained show that among the big problems facing SMEs are: the lack of leadership and lack of advice, which has led to situations of distrust, thus preventing the emergence of associative ties, which could contribute to its permanence and development in the market.
