| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la incidencia de la inmigración en el mercado laboral en la ciudad de Guayaquil. La elaboración del marco teórico fue basada en teorías relevantes de la inmigración y la relación que existe con el mercado laboral, se analizó factores como el empleo, los salarios, la demanda y oferta laboral. El método de investigación es cualitativo y cuantitativo, el enfoque de la investigación es de tipo explorativo, descriptivo y correlacional. Los instrumentos de recopilación de información básicamente fueron entrevistas de los establecimientos de Guayaquil (empresarios y empleados). Se aplicaron encuestas a los inmigrantes procedentes de Perú, Colombia, Cuba y Venezuela. Se concluye que la inmigración en el Ecuador en los últimos años ha incidido en el mercado laboral de Guayaquil afectando los niveles de empleo para la población local y sus ingresos. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research is to determine the incidence of immigration in the labor market in the city of Guayaquil. The elaboration of the theoretical framework was based on relevant theories of immigration and the relationship that exists with the labor market, factors such as employment, wages, demand and labor supply were analyzed. The research method is qualitative and quantitative, the focus of the research is explorative, descriptive and correlational. The instruments for gathering information were basically interviews “establishments” in Guayaquil (employers and employees). Surveys were applied to immigrants from Peru, Colombia, Cuba and Venezuela. It is concluded that immigration in Ecuador in recent years has affected the labor market in Guayaquil, affecting employment levels for the local population and their income. | en_US |
