Influencia de las exportaciones de frutas no tradicionales en el Producto Interno Bruto (período 2000 – 2017).

Abstract

This research work aims to determine the influence of non-traditional fruit exports on the gross domestic product of Ecuador, period 2000-2017. This relationship will demonstrate that exporting non-traditional fruits is a fundamental part of the economic growth of nations. Therefore, a theoretical framework and empirical studies of origin will be developed with the respective theories of export, foreign direct investment, interest rate and economic growth to corroborate the present work. In addition, the quantitative method will be used, with its respective type of descriptive-correlational research, which will allow to examine the variables under consideration through a numerical platform and proceed to prepare the corresponding reports Using the statistical tools and econometric. Finally, it was determined thanks to the multiple regression model that the exports of non-traditional fruits positively influence with high degrees of accessibility, confidence and commitment towards the economic growth of the Ecuador for the period of study; Taking into account that economic growth is measured by gross domestic product. In terms of marginality and magnitude, the coefficients have an encouraging impact on the gross domestic product of Ecuador; which leaves us a robust model to be able to make statistical inferences.
