Abstract

The certifcation work “Municipal Center for Cultural Arts” located in Cantón San Vicente, province of Manabí, was born as a work of social interest with the main objective of strengthening the links of the city with different cultural arts. In this way children, youth and adults of the city will beneft from this project, having a technical and dynamic space to develop and perfect their skills in dance, theater and music. The Municipal Center for Cultural Arts of Cantón San Vicente will be located on an area of 4818 square meters, located between Humberto García Delgado and Juan Montalvo streets. This is a point of public-private interaction of easy access because is between the Municipal Cemetery and the Municipal Market Project, in addition to being located near the Terrestrial Terminal Projection. The construction of this Cultural Center will be in an area of 3000 square meters, highlighting the presence of a library, exhibition halls, cafeteria, restaurant and auditorium allowing the simultaneous realization of different activities. The Municipal Cultural Arts Center will have the capacity to accommodate 500 people who can attend local artistic events. Events aimed at strengthening the identity of the community with expressions of education and culture, which will also encourage and enhance the development of scenic arts that are fundamental to the self-esteem, personal and professional development of everyone.
