Abstract

In the present document of qualification, four chapters are presented, in which the planning and development of an informative gender programme is written, treated under the format of news. This proposal for the development of the news programme arises from the need to involve people with special capacities as television presenters and to promote national audiovisual production with this type of format and genre where it is transmitted to the public news of interest with purely positive aspects. For them a totally different audiovisual proposal has been designed from its tonality and style, without leaving aside the veracity, credibility and seriousness that the news requires. The program is aimed at a target of 18 to 30 years, which is the age in which the news begins to draw the attention of young people because of the social aspects played by an individual of that age, such as choosing a profession, undertake, be aware of the latest in technology, sports and of course entertainment and therefore need to know, this time, through a newscast. These aspects mentioned above are those that would form part of the project as a segment presented by young people of the same age but who present special capacities such as reduced mobility, Tourette's syndrome, to mention one of them. As a result of the project it could be observed in this case that there are no impediments in those with special capacities who have prepared in careers of social communication to exercise the role of news presenters, and that this type of product audiovisuals is an excellent option to encourage their insertion in the work environment.
