El gobierno electrónico en el Ecuador.

Abstract

The purpose of this academic document is to analyze the Electronic Government in Ecuador as a tool or instrument, in order to improve the provision of services, the rapprochement and rehabilitation of democracy; making harmonious public policies necessary to achieve a balance between citizens and the State through social, political and economic inclusion through the use of information and communication technology (ICT) and the internet. In order to fulfill this purpose, in the first chapter we will analyze what Electronic Government is, the principles applicable to it, the Right to Electronic Government, its scope, the necessary instruments for its application and the security of electronic Government, and immediately , in the second chapter the Electronic Government in the equator will be analyzed and its relation with the Constitution; the Good Living Plan; the CLAD; Close, Open, Efficient and Effective Government; and its Institutional and Regulatory Framework.
