| dc.description | La presente investigación tiene por finalidad compartir con la comunidad académica, los profesionales del derecho y los amantes de la ciencia del derecho; la urgente necesidad de acercarnos a un sistema de gobernanza administrativa mundial. La idea central: que el imperio de la ley adquiera un sentido global para garantizar que los derechos del hombre sean respetados en todo el mundo. Las estructuras actuales de gobernanza y poder, se encuentran en un peligroso estado de desincronización con la realidad de la humanidad. La gobernanza mundial, en teoría y en práctica es un suceso absoluto que, avanza sin cesar como lo demuestra el affaire europeo. Por eso, es fundamental comenzar a erigir indelebles pilares que sostengan un sistema de gobernanza administrativa global; implacable al momento de exigir rendición de cuentas y la transparencia de las instituciones públicas a nivel mundial. Vivimos en un mundo nuevo y radicalmente diferente, el futuro de la civilización se encuentra estrechamente ligado a encontrar nuevos mecanismos de orden, control y vigilancia. Este trabajo pretende ser una pequeña chispa en la oscuridad de este nuevo campo del estudio, es también una invitación abierta para que nuevas aportaciones científicas y jurídicas nutran el camino hacia un nuevo orden mundial. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to share with the academic community, legal professionals and lovers of the science of law; the urgent need to stablish a system of global administrative governance. The central idea: that the rule of law acquires a global meaning to guarantee that the rights of man are respected throughout the world. The current structures of governance and power are in a dangerous state of desynchronization with the reality of humanity. Transnational governance, in theory and in practice, is an absolute event that is progressing steadily as the European affair shows. Therefore, it is fundamental to begin to erect solid pillars that could sustain a system of global administrative governance; implacable when demanding accountability and the transparency of public institutions worldwide. We live in a new and radically different world, the future of civilization is closely linked to finding new mechanisms of order, control and surveillance. This work aims to be a small spark in the darkness of this new field of study, it is also an open invitation for new scientific and legal contributions to nourish the path towards a new world order. | en_US |
