Abstract

The objective of this work is to show the analysis of a clinical case with a theoretical psychoanalytic approach, which would allow to know the subjective structure of the patient from a thorough reading of their discomfort only revealed through analyst-patient transference. In this analysis "the impossible demand" to contain the mother in the face of the death of the father and his failed attempt to supplant him in the eyes of his mother is what is shown as pressing during the speech exposed by the subject, so that leads to its main havoc: self-reproach, guilt, feelings of incompetence and omnidemand; Which only correspond to a neurotic structure of obsessive modality processing a late duel. Thus, guided by this structural line, the symptoms for the subject and for the readers begin to make sense from the particularity that manifests from their complaint and the unconscious dynamics transmitted through dreams and complaints.
