Propuesta para la creación de una ferretería con sección agrícola en el cantón Vinces.

Abstract

The present degree work, studies the feasibility of the creating a center of a hardware store with agricultural section focused on men between the ages of 25 and 60 years of age within the socio-economic level B, C+ and C- of the canton Vinces and nearby towns that are interested or have as a profession the repair, construction, work the land, re-modeling. The agricultural sector in this market presents several needs that have not been met, that is why it seeks to provide a response to this need of the population, offering a hardware store with agricultural section that integrate the best services in order to retain customer and that finds everything in one place. For the development of this this proposal, studies were carried out in which it was determined that the agricultural sector is in constant growth due to the fact that 59.4% of the population of Vinces is dedicated to the branch of agriculture, livestock, forestry and fishing, of the same. A financial study was carried out to determine the viability of the project, an operational plan and a marketing plan to publicize the service that will be offered to demonstrate that it is a sustainable project.
