Abstract

Any individual can make the legal use and / or legal defense of their rights or representation of a certain institution for which they have been legally authorized either legal entity and / or social collective, having the full right to file an Action for the Protection of constitutional rights guarantees in any circumstance, when there are direct violations of constitutional rights; be these by omissions or actions of some non-judicial authority and / or persons that are private. All Jurisdictional Guarantees determined in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador are for the protection of each of the rights that the citizen has, in order to protect their physical integrity, right to freedom and life. Among them we have Protection Action, of Habeas Corpus, of Access to Public Information, of Habeas Data, for Non-compliance; and, Extraordinary Protection Action.
