| Abstract: | The purpose of this academic document is to identify the purpose of the seizures made by the Deposit Guarantee Agency in accordance with the law; In order to determinate if the companies seized should be considered as private companies or public companies and thus determine what would be the legal regulations and the labor regime applicable to these seized companies. For this it is necessary to define the theoretical framework of our research, review the Ecuadorian doctrine and legislation, in particular the Constituent Mandate 13 and resolution AGD-UIO-GG-2008-12 of July 8, 2008. |
| Description: | El presente documento académico tiene por objeto identificar el la finalidad de las incautaciones realizadas por la ex Agencia de Garantías de Depósito de acuerdo a la normativa; a fin de determinar si las empresas incautadas deben ser consideradas como empresas privadas o empresas públicas y así determinar cuálsería la normativa legal y el régimen laboral aplicable a dichas empresas incautadas. Para lo es necesario definir el marco teórico de nuestra investigación, revisar la doctrina y la legislación ecuatoriana, en particular al Mandato Constituyente 13 y a la resolución AGD-UIO-GG-2008-12 del 8 de julio de 2008. |
