| Resumen : | The objective of the research was to analyze the medical audit system in the Hospital José Carrasco Arteaga, using the quantitative method, using participatory supervision tools in an attempt to generate cooperation between the auditor and the auditee, 100 clinical histories were audited. Randomly, a maximum of 67% of errors and omissions were detected in some indicators; after the intervention, compliance with the regulations after the audit and feedback process was increased to 100% compliance with the regulations in all indicators, so this research concludes that the medical audit process is essential within of a comprehensive improvement plan. The improvement plan will be carried out within the legal parameters in force, with the regulations generated by the governing body that is the Ministry of Public Health. If there are no regulations, the current international regulations will be followed and will be based on research with Proposals that led to the improvement of both the Audit System process and that taking into account that is not punitive but rather corrective and friendly with all types of staff whether this doctor or administrative or general services and according to the characterization of the coordination General Audit of the José Carrasco Arteaga Hospital. |
| Descripción : | La investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar el sistema de auditoría médica en el Hospital “José Carrasco Arteaga”, mediante el uso del método cuantitativo, utilizando herramientas de supervisión participativa en un intento de generar cooperación entre el auditor y el auditado, se auditaron 100 historias clínicas al azar, se detectó un máximo de 67% de errores y omisiones en algunos indicadores; posterior a análisis e intervención, el cumplimento a la normativa tras la auditoría y el proceso de retroalimentación se aumentó al 100% el cumplimiento de la normativa en todos los indicadores, por lo que este trabajo de investigación concluye que el proceso de auditoría médica es imprescindible dentro de un plan de mejora (establecer los indicadores de mejora). El plan de mejora se realizó dentro de los parámetros legales vigentes, con la normativa generada por el ente rector que es el Ministerio de Salud Publica en caso de no existir normativa alguna se procederá con la normativa internacional vigente y que sea basada en investigación con propuestas que llevaron a la mejora tanto en el proceso del Sistema de Auditoría, sin carácter punitivo sino más bien correctivo y amigable con todo el personal, tanto médico como administrativo o de servicios generales, y según la caracterización de la Coordinación General de Auditoría Médica del Hospital “José Carrasco Arteaga”. |
