Abstract

A number of shortcomings have been found in the management and management of the company, due to the familiarity of the departmental heads, some of them exercising double functions, in terms of the development of inventories themselves, are not determined technically Scientific, only empirically, monthly quantities being requested, without taking into consideration the costs involved in the different orders, for each merchandise, which generates shortages or over stock, for this has been developed a system which Determines the optimum order lot according to the demand, as well as a reorganization of the structure of the organization chart, manual of functions, delineations for those who exercise the different positions, hoping that what is proposed as a proposal will generate and optimize the resources, which Would lead to improving the profits of the GHT company for the next years.
