El estrés laboral y su relación con el desempeño de los personales del centro de salud del primer nivel de atención en Mapasingue Oeste en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The main objective of the creation of this project was to determine the relationship between work stress and the professional performance of health workers in the Health Center first level of attention in Mapasingue Oeste in the city of Guayaquil. The methodology to be used in this research was based on a qualitative-quantitative study. The sample was probabilistic, stratified by 116 health workers. It was found that the majority of health workers presented a low level of work stress (46.6%) and a regular professional performance (69.0%), evidencing a statistical association between these variables (p <0.05). It was concluded that work stress in health workers has a statistically significant relationship with their professional health performance.
