| Resumen : | This research work was carried out during the dry season of 2018, was carried out in commercial crops of rice varieties: SFL - 011 and INIA 512 - Santa Clara, established under irrigation in the hacienda "Laura María" located in the Simón Bolívar canton - province of Guayas. The objectives were: Evaluate the rice varieties under irrigation conditions to determine yield and other agronomic characteristics. Select the best variety based on yield, length of panicles, grains per panicles, weight of 1000 grains, among others. Carry out an economic analysis of the treatments evaluated. The evaluated variables were: height of plant, number of panicles / m2, panicle length, number of grains / panicle, vain grains / panicle, spotted grains / panicle, weight of 1000 grains and yield. According to the results obtained, plant height showed the highest growth in the variety INIA 512 - Santa Clara. In panicles / m2, the variety SFL - 011 had the highest average, which It was highly significant compared to what was observed in the variety INIA 512 - Santa Clara. In the weight of 1000 grains it was determined that SFL-011 was the variety that showed the highest weights. Situation that is repeated in performance, where SFL - 011 shows a better response than INIA 512 - Santa Clara. In the economic analysis, it was determined that the highest profit per hectare of USD 868.75 in the SFL - 011 variety; while in the INIA 512 - Santa Clara variety, the profit was USD 701.39. |
| Descripción : | El presente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo durante la época seca de 2018, se realizó en cultivos comerciales de las variedades de arroz: SFL – 011 e INIA 512 – Santa Clara, establecidos bajo riego en la hacienda “Laura María” ubicada en el cantón Simón Bolívar – provincia del Guayas. Los objetivos fueron: Evaluar las variedades en condiciones de riego para determinar el rendimiento y demás características agronómicas, seleccionar a la mejor variedad con base al rendimiento, largo de panículas, granos por panículas, peso de 1000 granos y, realizar un análisis económico de los tratamientos evaluados. Las variables evaluadas fueron: altura de planta, número de panículas/ m2, longitud de panícula, número de granos/panícula, granos vanos/panícula, granos manchados/panícula, peso de 1000 granos y rendimiento. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos, en altura de planta se observó el mayor crecimiento en la variedad INIA 512 – Santa Clara. En panículas/m2, la variedad SFL – 011 presentó el mayor promedio, el cual fue altamente significativo comparado con lo que se observó en la variedad INIA 512 – Santa Clara. En el peso de 1000 granos se determinó que SFL – 011 fue la variedad que mostró los mayores pesos. Situación que se repite en el rendimiento, en donde SFL – 011 muestra una mejor respuesta que INIA 512 – Santa Clara. En el análisis económico se determinó que la utilidad más alta por hectárea de USD 868.75 en la variedad SFL – 011; mientras que en la variedad INIA 512 – Santa Clara, la ganancia fue de USD 701.39. |
