| dc.description | El presente proyecto de investigación titulado como “Estrategias para el manejo de urgencias subjetivas dentro del áreZa de emergencias, del Hospital de los Ceibos del IESS”, tiene como objetivo, analizar en dicha área, el manejo y abordaje de las urgencias subjetivas. Con la finalidad de proponer posibles formas de intervención y abordaje ante dichos casos. La redacción consta de cinco partes en las que se detalla inicialmente una teorización sobre el manejo de instituciones hospitalarias, posteriormente, el manejo de urgencias en el ámbito hospitalario que atañe a cómo se da la práctica analítica dentro del ámbito hospitalario y a la vez el desenvolvimiento del psicólogo frente a las demandas del médico. Se plantea una metodología cualitativa, sustentada en base a instrumentos de investigación: encuestas y entrevistas. Donde el resultado del análisis de las mismas, arrojó que, la mayoría del personal médico, posee cierto desconocimiento de lo que implica una urgencia subjetiva; motivo por el que se procede a un manejo poco adecuado de estos casos y en ciertos momentos dado al furor curandis, se evidencian las negligencias médicas. Para finalmente dar la culminación del proyecto con posibles propuestas para el manejo y abordaje de una urgencia subjetiva. Pues se sigue evidenciando el marco técnico del cuerpo médico, donde se ve al sujeto como una masa que en camilla solo amerita medicación, más allá de la preocupación por la subjetividad del paciente. De allí la importancia del psicólogo en una institución donde se olvida del tiempo lógico del padecer del paciente. | en_US |
