| Résumé: | This investigative work has the purpose of making known the operation, development, and concepts of tax havens and their relationship with tax fraud, as well as raising the pertinent measures to solve this problem that is constantly evolving. A problem that directly attacks the tax administration of the nation, taking refuge in less demanding measures offered within the predatory jurisdictions. This topic of study also analyzes the position and decisions that the internal administration has taken in order to stop this capital flight, as well as the measures that Ecuadorian legislation should take to help solve this problem. |
| Description: | Este trabajo investigativo tiene la finalidad de dar a conocer el funcionamiento, desarrollo, y conceptos de los paraísos fiscales y su relación con el fraude fiscal, así como plantear las medidas pertinentes para dar solución a este problema que se encuentra en constante evolución. Un problema que ataca directamente a la administración tributaria de la nación, refugiándose en medidas menos exigentes que se ofrecen dentro de las prenombradas jurisdicciones. El presente tema de estudio analiza, además, la posición y decisiones que ha tomado la administración interna con la finalidad de que se detenga esta fuga de capital, así como las medidas que debería adoptar la legislación ecuatoriana para contribuir solucionar este problema. |
