Abstract

The professionalization of the “Liga Deportiva de Fútbol” in our country is some of the newest thing in sports among our society, the creation of this institution has no longer than two years of creation and with it the clubs of our country which to aspire new booms of economic, social, sports and legal growth. In our nation the professional soccer clubs were constituted under the figure of nonprofit foundation, which were aimed to promote sport through the social integration of communities. While in the other side of the continent, in Europe, the biggest soccer clubs of the world, have been innovating for years, sinc they adopted the legal institution of “Sociedad Anónima Deportiva (SAD)”, which provides a series of benefits that protects the legal security of the corporation and gives legal responsibility to the people that manage them. Those are some of the reasons this investigation is purposed to verify, probe and explain the way how it could be apply in our country, through the application of the corporate law as the main way to achieve it.
