Análisis de los factores que inciden en el desarrollo socioeconómico de Ecuador. Periodo 1989-2018.

Abstract

In Ecuador there is a diversity of industries and commerce, however, it is also constantly facing economic and social problems for an important part of society. Therefore, there is a need to answer the following question: What are the factors that affect the socioeconomic development of Ecuador? The objective of the work is to analyze the socioeconomic factors that affect the socioeconomic development of Ecuador. The method that was applied is quantitative. The investigation has a descriptive and correlational scope, which facilitates knowing the degree of incidence of the factors. Theoretical aspects of the factors that affect socio-economic development such as HDI, Gini coefficient, illiteracy, access to health, unemployment and poverty are reviewed. The results indicate the various economic factors that influence the socioeconomic development of the country and which variables are the most explanatory in the model which will lead us to understand the socioeconomic factors of the country.
