Sistema de facturación electrónica para la urbanización “Colina Del Sol” de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The objective of this titling work was to streamline, optimize and automate the electronic voucher processes of the "Colina del Sol" urbanization of the city of Guayaquil, in order to comply with the mandatory provisions of the state, reduce administration costs and improve the service of its clients with a more efficient work in what corresponds to their attention. For the elaboration of the development of the system, at the beginning, information collection techniques were used to better understand the requirement and processes involved, as well as the concept of evolutionary prototyping as a development methodology was used in order to have a history of changes that allow contrasting the final engineering product and thus obtain a more robust solution in all aspects. Corresponding to the proposal, a detailed explanation of the pre-implementation analysis process is carried out and what ways were taken to obtain a solution that follows the guidelines of the legal base of urbanization to best resolve the problem raised.
