Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de servicios hoteleros en el sector El Aromo, parroquia San Lorenzo, cantón Manta.

Abstract

In the province of Manabí, Canton Manta, San Lorenzo, El Aromo sector, an investigation was carried out whose main objective was to evaluate the impact cost benefit for the implementation of hotel services in that area. In the investigation, the quantitative method and descriptive was applied using data collection techniques such as surveys with closed questions and multiple options, documentary research, interviews and observations within the territory of study. The results of the survey were used to determine the preference in hotel services of future clients at El Aromo, and to develop a tourism proposal. Additionally, to analyzed the economic-financial viability for investors in the implementation of hotel services. Finally, a complete financial analysis was prepared to know the profitability of the project under the influence of the Organic Law for productive promotion, investment attraction, job creation, and fiscal stability and balance. At the end of the investigation, it concluded that there is a profitable proposal for investors due to the acceptance in the implementation of hotel services in El Aromo.
