Abstract

Nowadays, customers who use cell phones are increasingly demanding with the traditional services they hire; which include voice, SMS or mobile data; be these that are in the payment method: pre-paid, prior-paid or post-paid. Among your requirements, the most important is that they are looking for advanced mobile service providers that provide them with an optimal quality of service, with emphasis on coverage. Mobile operators can in many sectors guarantee coverage in their outdoor, but in the indoor they are affected by many factors resulting in customer dissatisfaction. This research work presents a proposal to improve indoor coverage in cellular telephone networks in individual clients with the use of cellular signal amplifier/repeater antennas, which are of all types including plug and play with their integrated antennas, which facilitates its installation and use to be very friendly with the end user.
