The design of the Language Center, part of the concept of permeability, which is applied through different strategies, the main objective is to generate connections between different users and with the environment, be they physical or visual. Through this concept, the zoning of activities, the distribution of spaces and the architectural elements of the project are proposed. The purpose of the Language Center is to provide the community with a formal and functional, comfortable and quality space that allows developing pedagogical activities and that are combined with recreational activities for good learning with the integrated objective of training the community, which is accessible by all users, which allow users visually to the river.
