Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa consultora de robótica pedagógica en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The objective of this research work is to determine the feasibility of creating an educational robotics consulting company in Guayaquil. The proposal consists in establishing a company dedicated to providing robotics training services for children and teenagers, under the modality of extracurricular classes, within private educational institutions, whose facilities must be especially adapted for the service execution. The study is supported by the transitory competitive advantage theory, because of its approach and vision directed to the evolution and to the existing changes in the market. This project is also based on other relevant theories such as: constructivism, disruptive innovation and creative destruction. This project applies the inductive method, since it allows obtaining information on a specific type of population, and then, adapting it in a more general context, such as the national market. Also, a mixed approach is employed in the process of gathering data, throughout the use of surveys and interviews to experts, in order to obtain relevant information. After analyzing the market study, the technical and financial chapter, it is concluded that this project is profitable. Finally, the investment amount will be recovered by the shareholders in the third year of operations.
