Propuesta de reforma para regular la suspensión de la prestación de alimentos en el Código Orgánico de la Niñez y Adolescencia.

Abstract

The development of the content of this research is done with the aim of establishing a possible solution to the problem that exists nowadays in respect of suspension of food provision in Ecuador, since this figure is not regulated in the legislation, being itself granted by many judges of the Judicial Units when they are requested, and this could cause legal uncertainty. For this reason, this work is intended for the study of food law, as well as the principle of the best interests of the child, based on International Treaties, laws of different countries and examples of food trials in our country, where both parts have requested the suspension; which have been of great help and being a possible solution for the inclusion of certain articles in our legal system to regulate the figure of the suspension of food provision.
