| dc.description | Hoy por hoy, la discusión que gira en torno al derecho al honra y buen nombre, así como al de libertad de expresión es un tema cotidiano. Por un lado, la libertad de expresión es un derecho fundamental en un sistema democrático e inherente al ser humano, mientras que, en cualquier sociedad, todo ser humano requiere de un derecho al honor y buen nombre para desenvolverse de manera correcta con sus semejantes, por cuanto ello marca el valor que dicho individuo tiene de sí mismo y frente a la sociedad. Por ello es necesario analizar los conflictos que frecuentan entre estos derechos y sus soluciones. | en_US |

On one hand liberty of speech is a fundamental right in any democratic system and inherent to human being, and, in other hand, every human being needs of his honor and self-image to develop correctly with peers, because is honor and self-image what marks the value a person has with herself and in front of society.
