Libertad de expresión : ¿Limitante al derecho a la honra y buen nombre?.

Abstract

Nowadays, the discussion around right to honor and self-image, as well as freedom of speech is a common topic. On one hand liberty of speech is a fundamental right in any democratic system and inherent to human being, and, in other hand, every human being needs of his honor and self-image to develop correctly with peers, because is honor and self-image what marks the value a person has with herself and in front of society. That’s because it is necessary to analyze the conflicts that lie between these rights and their possible solution.
