Los derechos constitucionales vulnerados en la prohibición de aborto en caso de violación.

Abstract

The present work carries out a practical review of constitutional rights in the light of the problematic fact such as the prohibition of abortion in case of violation. It analyzes the right to life of women confronting it with the protection of intrauterine life, as well as access to the health, the informed decision about how many children to have, and the interval between them, reviewing concepts such as integrity, dignified life and the freedom. Concluding that these rights are violated as a whole by forcing a pregnancy to be terminated as a result of an illegal act that forces women to resort to hiding and its consequences. She must put his life at risk, that if she is successful, she must assume the legal and moral consequences imposed by society and the current norm.
