Abstract

This titling work is the proposal for the creation of a company that will make pet beds based on recyclable tires, carrying out a complete study to demonstrate the feasibility and attractiveness of the project within the city of Machala. This product will have as a target market to the general public, people concerned with the environment, animal lovers, who are willing to collaborate with the project to lower the pollution index that the tires produce in our land. The product to be developed in the following thesis will have the name "Green Beds". Within the investigation, a market, feasibility, acceptance, quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out to learn more about what the consumer expects of the product, in the same way a technical study of the product was carried out, in order to have the necessary costs. It will be in the main points of sale such as veterinarians, supermarkets and direct sales through social networks, a strategic marketing plan will be developed to possess and educate the client about the benefit he is making with the environment when acquiring the product. The financial analysis shows the parameters that will make the project favorable and sustainable in the market.
