Abstract

Through this work of the genre Suspense one is represented among several mental disorders. In this specific case, the paranoid schizophrenia disorder is addressed. Disease whose symptoms are the formation of hallucinations both visual and auditory. The pill-based treatment controls the disease but as a side effect wears the character emotionally and psychologically. The abandonment of the treatment by the protagonist will trigger the creation of an alternate reality, doubting the existence of the first. This will generate a restlessness in the spectator when trying to discover what the true reality of the protagonist is.
