El contrato de trabajo ideal : reformas laborales necesarias para el desarrollo del país.

Abstract

Ecuador is a country rich in natural resources which allows the possibility of a multi field development, for which I consider that a flexible labor contractual policy must be established aligned with modern necessities, only this way a real productive effectiveness can be reached. The current legal scheme, in addition to obsolete does not conform to the current modern needs and more to the contrary by trying to protect an alleged weak part (the worker), has only managed to scare away both national and foreign investment because it is really considered a risk of high level to hire an employee in Ecuador. This work aims to demonstrate the obsolescence of the current labor regime that does not match the current needs of the business world and will try to provide a new comprehensive labor scheme, through the approach of legal, agile, simple, practical, avant-garde, easy-to-understand and easy-to-apply alternatives to strengthen the economic development of the country without social sacrifice.
