| Resumen : | The purpose of this research work is to improve the tourist use of the beach zone 4 of the Playas canton through an action plan with their respective key tasks so that the beach is able to obtain the certification of tourist beach and a manual of good practices in order to obtain more benefits. Among the actions that can be highlighted the most is the creation of a Local Beach Management Committee, a study on tourist carrying capacity, study on water quality, improvement of infrastructures and their correct maintenance, signage, safety and corporative strategy. The good practices manual details different biosafety standards that tourists and the different service providers involved in tourism should follow in order to prevent the spread of covid-19. An evaluation of the basic beach was carried out in the technical standard INEN 2631: 2012 to know the current state of the beach. On the other hand, surveys were carried out, the analysis of which revealed the profile of the tourist and their perspective in different parameters such as cleanliness of the beach, bad smell and noise, we were also able to know the needs of the actors that are involved in the tourist activity of the beach through interviews. |
| Descripción : | La finalidad de este trabajo de investigación es mejorar el uso turístico de la playa zona 4 del cantón Playas a través de un plan de acciones con sus respectivas tareas claves para que la playa esté en la capacidad de obtener la certificación de playa turística y un manual de buenas prácticas para así obtener más beneficios. Entre las acciones que más se pueden destacar es la creación de un Comité Local de Gestión de la playa, un estudio sobre la capacidad de carga turística, estudio sobre la calidad de agua, mejora de infraestructuras y su correcto mantenimiento, señalización, seguridad y una estrategia corporativa. En el manual de buenas prácticas se detallan diferentes normas de bioseguridad que deberían seguir los turistas y los diferentes prestadores servicios involucrados en la actividad turística con el fin de evitar la propagación del covid-19. Se realizó una evaluación de la playa basándose en la norma técnica INEN 2631:2012 para conocer el estado actual en la que se encontraba la playa. Por otro lado, se realizó encuestas cuyo análisis dio a conocer el perfil del turista y su perspectiva en diferentes parámetros como limpieza de la playa, mal olor y ruido, también pudimos conocer las necesidades de los actores que se involucran en la actividad turística de la playa mediante entrevistas. |
