Abstract

The proposal contained in the present degree work presents, not only to guarantee that Puerto Cayo and its beach may be friendly and aware of people with reduced mobility, but also to explore the background of the situation and the feasibility or not of executing said project, taking into account the perspective of the local area and the material available to do so, in addition to having a clear vision of the intervening agents that contribute to extending, in a friendly way, the borders of inclusion and equality to the group of people with reduced mobility, not only in the area, but in the country. Knowledge of the various points of view is essential and not only aim at the objective but also encompass all the actors to get involved in the process. Thus, with all the information collected, it is possible to synthesize this proposal model in order to be applicable for the benefit of Puerto Cayo, of all Ecuadorians and in general to all visitors, being consistent with the rights and principles of equality.
