| Resumen : | The purpose of this work is to analyze the behavior of investment in the real estate sector in the city of Guayaquil through the stock market in the last decade. The type of research is the descriptive and documentary one, likewise it has a quantitative approach and a correlational reach that investigates the relation of two variables in the research. The theoretical framework phase explains definitions of the variables, in order to consolidate the research work. It presents an observational and retrospective design since information from past data will be analyzed, and it also has a longitudinal study that allows us to know the data in a period of time. The data acquired for this research is from informative and reliable sources such as the Guayaquil Stock Exchange, etc. Certainly it is concluded that the variation of the price of the oil and the real estate agencies that are within the Stock Market of Guayaquil has a positive influence. |
| Descripción : | El presente trabajo tiene como propósito, analizar el comportamiento de la inversión en el sector inmobiliario de la ciudad de guayaquil por medio del mercado de valores en la última década. El tipo de investigación es el descriptivo y documental, así mismo tiene un enfoque cuantitativo y un alcance correlacional que indaga la relación de dos variables en la investigación. La fase de marco teórico explica definiciones de las variables, con el fin de consolidar el trabajo investigativo. Presenta un diseño observacional y retrospectiva ya que se analizará información de datos pasados, además tiene un estudio longitudinal que permite conocer los datos en un periodo de tiempo. Los datos adquiridos para dicha investigación son de fuentes informativas y confiables tales como Bolsa de Valores de Guayaquil, etcétera. Ciertamente se concluye que incide de forma positiva la variación del precio del petróleo y las inmobiliarias que se encuentran dentro de Mercado de Valores de Guayaquil. |
