El capital humano como factor de crecimiento en las empresas del Sector Agroindustrial de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

The agro-industrial sector, being one of the sectors with the most relevance for the country's economy, has not given due importance to human capital, who promote its growth and are a source of progress. This research focuses on the analysis of the influence that the human capital factor has on the productive growth of companies in the agro-industrial sector of the city of Guayaquil. For this study, a descriptive non-experimental-transectional design was applied, with a mixed approach, both quantitative and qualitative. To corroborate the objective of the study, interviews with experts and surveys of workers belonging to companies in the agro-industrial sector were conducted. As results of the investigation, it is evident the little importance that is given to this resource within these companies. Many times the use of this resource is prioritized for reasons of necessity and urgency, but this should not obscure the importance of working on it to add value and that this contributes value to the company. In the end, actions were taken to improve the management of human capital belonging to the agribusiness sector. Concluding with the importance of human capital in the development of companies and their ignorance regarding the relevance of this essential factor for their growth.
