Análisis e impacto de las políticas económicas y fomento para la producción agrícola analizando los sectores bananeros, maiceros, cacaotero y arrocero en la provincia de Guayas – Ecuador año 2009-2014.

Abstract

Aware of the problems that exist in the different agricultural sectors, either due to lack of attention from the state authorities or due to a misdirected policy or promotion, the research will be aimed at providing possible solutions or recommendations, to encourage the cocoa sectors, banana, corn and rice growers to be more productive and invest more in plantations, in a way that benefits the country both socially and economically. The objectives to be analyzed will be the policies and incentives that the state and the different entities have implemented to encourage production and how the rice, banana, cocoa and corn sectors have reacted both positively and negatively, analyzing different economic indicators of the country. Different methodologies will be used, such as bibliographic analysis, which will be obtained from state publications as well as from international organizations. The historical method will be used through primary sources and reliable data, which will be tabulated using the statistical method. But the most important will be the method of participatory action, which is the experience we have in the agricultural environment. The conclusions obtained in the present work indicate gaps in the implementation of policies and different promotions that have been carried out for the agricultural sectors, favoring a part, in addition to the lack of incentives to invest in cutting-edge technology and agricultural research, of a way that production can be increased and malnutrition mitigated. The main variables of the project will be: Gross domestic product, agricultural exports, promotion policies, malnutrition, granting of credit as well as food security.
